The communique is a word borrowed from the French language, in which it was transferred from the Latin "communicatio" (literally message).
What is a communique in the Russian language
This concept refers to the message of the highest authorities, which has an official character and contains information on activities in the international arena (the position of the state in international relations, the results of negotiations, the assessment of political events, etc.).
Examples of the use of the word: "The communiqué of the countries participating in the international summit was promulgated."
"It is clear that in such a communique on the results of the Crimea Conference (1945) only the peaceful intentions of the states could be reflected."
