Trash hell suburbs
People in Volokolamsk are rightly outraged by the terrible environmental situation, but what can I do for them personally as a citizen? To come by car and pick up a few buckets of garbage from the landfill and take away? And what can other people do?
In the same place, not tens of tons of garbage, but hundreds of thousands, close the landfill is not enough: it is necessary to carry out degassing (to get rid of the very gas that the children have poisoned) and to reclaim the landfill - to fill it up. And best of all, to solve the problem comprehensively throughout the Moscow Region: to build waste incineration plants, organize separate garbage collection, etc., this is the only way to solve the problem.
Everyone understands, including the Kremlin, that the problem is complex, that it is impossible to solve it overnight. Work is underway. And this can not be denied. I hope that the governor of the Moscow region, Andrey Vorobyev, will cope with the problem as quickly as possible. But there are Navalny, Sobchak, Udaltsev, Grudinin and other politicians who, like some bloggers, seem to want to get on the hot topic. But in fact, they will not help in solving this problem.
Pavel Grudinin was especially distinguished by organizing an entire environmental conference at his state farm. Some experts believe that all this increased media and political activity of the ex-presidential candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is aimed at building up its new campaign, this time a governor’s campaign.
